Some Contract Embroidery Samples

Contract Embroidery - Contract embroidery is where we use our machines to embroider your stitch file onto your garments or where you employ us to digitize a file (see Digitizing) to be embroidered onto your garments. The key words here are "your garments".

Contract Embroidery Charges and Loss Ratios

bulletContract Embroidery Minimum Charges for Small Quantities - Our contract embroidery fees are based on several factors, but if you want us to embroider your design on a "few items", then you will pay $1 per 1,000 stitches with a $10.00 per garment minimum for six or fewer items. The minimum per garment drops to $8.00 for quantities of seven to twelve items and to $5.00 per garment for quantities greater than a dozen.
bulletContract Embroidery Charges for Large Quantities - Many contract embroiderers will tell you a stitch is a stitch. We believe that the finished embroidery product must present the image of the client who wants embroidery.  We use top quality backings, solvy toppings, and exacting hooping standards. We edit designs for excessive trims, jumps, and stacking so that the final product is what your customer had in mind when they placed their order. We will require that you allow us to sew-out your design and that you tell us the placement of the design along with the brand and type of garment or cap to be sewn on before we will give you our bid. There are projects we will decline to bid on because of design problems, garment quality, or time conflicts. We generally sew-out  and bid items within 48 hours of receiving your design and order specifications. If we are unable to meet the deadline in your bid request, we will contact you.
bulletEmbroidery Shrinkage/Loss - We expect a two percent (2%) loss on items we provide for embroidering for our clients and customers. These damaged items are part of our overhead. You can expect the same loss ratio. Damage or destroyed garments will be marked as such and returned with your finished work. GARMENTS WITHIN THE LOSS RATIO WILL NOT BE REPLACED.
